Rolling Upgrades

The Rolling Upgrade screen allows you to monitor the process of Rolling Upgrades as you move to a newer version of GridGain.

The screen displays a table containing all the nodes currently available in the cluster. When a node with a newer version joins the cluster, all the nodes running the older version are highlighted in bold for greater visibility. These are the nodes that remain to be updated. The last column indicates the progress of the re-balancing process started after new nodes join in.

As you perform a node-by-node migration to a newer version, watch the status of the re-balancing progress and proceed to the next node when it’s finished.
