Adding Speed and Scale to Oracle Database Deployments

This presentation will show how to add speed and scale to your Oracle Database, Oracle-based applications, APIs and analytics for different use cases. It will discuss when each option makes sense, as well as how to evolve your architecture over time to add the speed, scale, agility and new technologies needed for digital transformation and other initiatives.

• The various Oracle options and when to use them – including Oracle RAC, Oracle Database In-Memory, Oracle Exadata, Oracle TimesTen Classic, Oracle TimesTen Scaleout, and Oracle Coherence
• Using in-memory computing technologies such as Apache^® Ignite™ and GridGain^® as an in-memory data grid (IMDG) to add speed, scale and agility
• Configuring Apache Ignite or GridGain for Oracle Database, including connecting, creating the in-memory schema, importing the data, and handling SQL requests directly without changing your application
